Item 5.02 Appointment of Certain Officers
     Effective April 1, 2008, Brent B. Bickett agreed to change his title at FNF from Co-President to Executive Vice President, Corporate Finance, in recognition of his ongoing management responsibilities at Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (“FIS”), where Mr. Bickett serves as Executive Vice President, Strategic Planning. Mr. Bickett is a long-time member of the senior management teams at FNF and FIS. Further information about Mr. Bickett is included in FNF’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 19, 2007.
