Fidelity National Financial, Inc. Announces Five Million Share Increase to Stock Repurchase Program

Jacksonville, Fla. -- (January 27, 2011) -- Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE:FNF), a leading provider of title insurance, mortgage services, specialty insurance and information services, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 5 million share increase to the existing stock repurchase program. Combined with the approximately 5 million shares of existing capacity under the plan, FNF will now have the authority to repurchase up to 10 million shares of its common stock. Purchases may be made from time to time by the company in the open market at prevailing market prices or in privately negotiated transactions through July 31, 2012.
