Fidelity National Financial, Inc. Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.16

Jacksonville, Fla. -- (January 30, 2013) -- Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE:FNF), a leading provider of title insurance, mortgage services and diversified services, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.16 per share. The dividend will be payable March 29, 2013, to stockholders of record as of March 15, 2013.
